2 Amazingly Awesome And Quick White Sauce Pasta Recipes

The very basic, creamy, cheesy, and saucy white pasta dish is relished by kids and adults equally. Very commonly available at various cafes or restaurants in India, the white sauce pasta dish can also be prepared easily at home.
To prepare an instant pasta dish, all you need is a few ingredients and a recipe to follow. While ingredients can be fetched from a grocery store near you, the recipe is what we are here to help you out with. Follow any one of the recipes given below for delicious and instant pasta. 

Thick White Sauce Pasta Recipe
Step 1: Add 4 tablespoon butter to a pan and allow it to melt on low flame.
Step 2: Once the butter melts completely, add 4 tablespoons of flour to it. Whisk the flour thoroughly on low flame until the colour of flour changes and a good light fragrance can be sensed.
Step 3: Follow step 2 by adding salt and black pepper to the mix.
Step 4: Allow the mixture to cook for approximately 2 minutes, and add 1-1.5 cups of milk to it. Stir the mix continuously on medium flame.
Step 5: Once the sauce starts to get a good consistency, add some grated cheese to it. This will further make the sauce creamy and thick.
Step 6: After some time, turn off the flame and add boiled pasta to the sauce. Preferably, choose penne pasta or fusilli pasta. Add a good amount of fresh herbs before serving to ensure the best taste.

Tip: Add some grated garlic to the butter to add a different flavour to the dish!

Veggie Rich White Pasta Recipe

The dish is a great dish for both adults and kids. In fact, this recipe can serve as the best kids pasta dish because of the ingredients it has. So, without further ado, let's get into the dish
Step 1: To start with, add 3-4 tablespoon olive oil in the pan and turn on the flame at low. Once the oil heats up, add chopped veggies like broccoli, capsicum, onion, and peppers. Allow the veggies to cook for 3-4 minutes and set them aside once done. 
Step 2: Add some approximately 500 ml milk to a pan and allow it to boil at medium flame until you perform the task mentioned in step 3. Add halved onion studded with 1 bay leaf and 2-3 cloves to the same pan. This gives a unique flavour to the white sauce.
Step 3: Now, take another pan and add 2 tablespoon butter, followed by 2 tablespoons of flour. Cook this mix on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4: When you are done with step 3, add the milk prepared earlier to the pan containing butter and flour mix. Allow the sauce to boil so that it gets thick. Once done, add boiled veggies, boiled pasta, herbs, cheese, and additive of your choice.
Let the dish cook for a while and serve hot and fresh.
